Try Aussie's Sprunch Spray. I had the exact problem you do, and I tried Aussie and it worked great. Just get the strong hold sprunch spray, and then top it off with Aussie's Mega Hair Spray in flexible hold. It works really well and turns out super cute =]

How can i make my hair wavy?

You can scrunch the top part of your hair, then pin it, slightly curl only the bottom parts of your hair with a big curling iron really fast and then unpin the top; it make your look natural and sexy

How can i make my hair wavy?

curl it

How can i make my hair wavy?

If u sleep with it in a bun or braids it usually becomes wavy

How can i make my hair wavy?

u'll have to use 2 inch curlers or a curling iron of the same.

i suggest u put on the curlers on damp hair and sleep and it'll be set in the morning. just remove the rollers, bend and shake ur head, set with hairspray, and ur ready to roll!!!

or u might try a curling iron, but be carefull!

also, try braiding ur hair in different sections when it's damp. on drying, u wil have ~waves~ in them!or make a french braid-whatever works for u.

and, ya. u can also do it with a straightener. just put ur hair in it, turn 180 degrees, and slide it away from ur hair, horizontally.that shud do it, ive tried it on my hair and it works.

u can also see this video for how to make wavy hair with a straightening iron.

Help with hair that won't stay straight!!!!?

my hair is naturally wavy. i usually take a shower at night, wake up straighten my hair with a conair straightener on the hottest setting. i use frizz control then i go to school by midday my hair is wavy. it will not stay straight(and it is straight when i am finished doing it in the mornings)! please help

is it the straightener? do i need a better one?

am i missing a gel or special spray?

or whatever?

Help with hair that won't stay straight!!!!?

Is your hair wavy when you wake up, because you've been sleeping on it? If so, your hair will only stay straight after your straighten it for a few hours, then it will go back to its original state. Try washing your hair in the morning, then straightening it.

Or... use Paul Mitchell Skinny Serum, 6-8 bucks at your local hair salon. Just apply one pump after you wash your hair and it will be straighter, then your morning straightening should be easier and last longer.

You also may want to try a heat protectant spray, so your hair doesn't get damaged from all that straightening; try Tresseme.

:DD

I use GVP straightners.(:

Ohohoh.;DD

Andd.(:

Use Got2b 2sexy and Got2b glued to help!;DDD

Help with hair that won't stay straight!!!!?

Sounds like you need a humidity lock spray for your hair. They make some really great ones but you will pay a bit for them. I would go to a beauty supply store and ask them for some suggestions. I'm sure your straightener is just fine. Good luck. I know that there are a ton of products out there you need to hook up with a stylist at a supply store who can check out your hair and give you ideas.

Help with hair that won't stay straight!!!!?

yea keep doing what your doing but use some gel of some sort

Help with hair that won't stay straight!!!!?

Hair styles?

http://medias.ados.fr/people/6/1/6152/As...

last time i went to get my hair cut i brought in a pic of her, because i like her bangs. the guy who did it told me something about it needing tons of spray and gel to stay that way, and ended up giving me some bangs that werent at all what i wanted, they were thin, started almost at a center part, to make it worse he held them back and hairsprayed them that way. he made me look so 80's it was ridiculous. i want to know what to SAY to a stylist to get them to do it the way i want.

also, if you know any other styles that would look good on me, i want to keep my hair long though.

this is me: http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o278/...

Hair styles?

first of all, your stylist is an idiot.

it does not take tons of gel and such to make them stay that way. just ask them to take your part, from the middle to the side, and create 'side' bands by layers parts of your hair at the front. most of that look anyways is just a style. rather than the cut itself.

if you have never had side bangs, it may take a little bit of time, to train your roots to cooperate and stay. but they will naturally come over themselves.

when i first did mine years ago, i just clipped them to the side when i slept. you can also blow dry them into the direction.

to sum it up, get them to make your part at whatever side you would like your bangs to come from, say you want side bangs, and to make them choppy, but whispy so they look exactly like they do in the picture.

the rest is just styling

Hair volume?

My hair is real heavy and thick. I have a hard

time volumizing my hair. I can get it full looking

for a few hours, but it never sticks around. What

I normally do is spray volumizing spritz on my roots

then blow dry. Hairspray is next. Does anyone else

have any other ideas that will work better? Help Please!

Thanks!

Hair volume?

If the hair volume is too loud, turn it down.

Hair volume?

wash them

Hair volume?

go 2 ur hair dressers n see if they sell tigi bed head stuff n ask um bouti t cos it relii good

Hair volume?

try mousse. with your hair, mousse is light and will not weigh your hair down...

gel always weighs the hair down.

also, try getting those brushes at any drugstore (try conair!) that say "volume lifter," "root holder," etc.

hope i helped!

Hair volume?

pureology has a product that cleanses your hair better than shampoo, literally makes it squeaky clean...use that once a week, and your hair will become lighter in turn easier to keep the volume and bounce

Hair volume?

do u blow dr with ur head upside down, or holding it up with a round brush? or u could lightly tease it

Hair volume?

I'm not sure if it's garnier or sunsilk...but one of them is really good at giving your hair voulme!!i've tried it and my hair looked great...

Hair volume?

not using hairspray and using a wet 2 straight hair straightner and that seems to do the job =]

Hair volume?

Dont blow dry. Go to bed with your hair damp and put some volumizer on the roots. Style your hair in the morning with the hairspray and all the rest

Hair volume?

Blow dry your hair upside down. use a strong hairspray like Big Sexy Hair, found in salons. Don't use a heavy conditioner, and blow dry your roots first.

Hair volume?

get ur hair layered the next time u are at the hair dressers it will be easyer

Hair volume?

I've seen women comb their hair from backwards ( face down)try it and use lots or hairspray. i have lots of volume and hate it. don't listen to the other dude what does he know about hair he probably has none! LOL

Hair volume?

I myself have very thick hair and i struggle with the same problem, one day i mentioned it to my friend and she showed me this really good hair volumizer that you can buy almost anywhere, i dont rememebr the name bit im sure if you look around you will eventually find something usefull

Hair volume?

My hair is thin and flat and doesn't hold to anything for more than an hour. When I go to the salon, they sometimes set my hair in velcro rollers first. While your hair is slightly damp, spritz on voluminizing spray, leave in to set (without blow drying initially). After 10 min, blow dry hair and then set with cool air (your blowdryer should have this option). Take out the rollers and brush your hair out and style. Hope that works for you!

Hair volume?

You should Cream Silk - Volume Up conditioner when you take a bath. Like I do.

Hair volume?

Use shampoos with wheat. I think Frederik Fekkai has one, it's a little pricey but it works. Then I use the Bumble and Bumble voluminous spray and finish with hairspray. If it still deflates, sprinkle a little water and re-tease at the roots.

Hair help needed!?

I have thick brown hair that comes down to about my mid upper back. I can not get it to stay in a messy bun. I have tried gel, hairspray, spray gel, some sorta wax product, everything nothing works. I've also tried bobby pins, probably a million of them. Anyone know how I could get my hair to stay in a messy bun?

Hair help needed!?

is your hair straight?

- layer it

- brush it in random ways (not backwards though)

- use your fingers to comb it up, twist/or wtv u do

- use /tight/ hairband... the hair's loose doesnt mean the band's loose too!

good luck ^^

Hair help needed!?

get your hair thinned out alot. that helped me style my hair better but i dont know if it will help your hair go in a bun. but try.

Hair help needed!?

hmmm..personally i would get it cut a little shorter, my hair is medium in length and i can do a lot with it. Really short hair and really long hair are hard to do things with. But try using salon hair spray. When you put up the messy bun, first just do a regular bun, then start, pulling some of your hair out of it, then clip it and spray it back and your good to go.

Hair help needed!?

i usually straighten it for one day the the next day i dont wash it and i just try to scrunch it and put hairspray as i scrunch it but dont put alot but not alot then just put it up

Does no frizz shine spray by Tresemme work?

I have thick poofy hair. Will it work on me? It's a new product line by Tresemme and you can check out the video at : http://www.tresemme.com/sleek/products/n... thnx! would John Frieda's Secret Weapon Flawless Finishing Creme work as well? What about sleek and shine Garnier Fructis? I'll award point to the best answer. thnx!

Does no frizz shine spray by Tresemme work?

I have the no frizz shine spray. To be honest, it's only ok. For my hair, which isn't very poofy, it works for the first 30 minutes, then the frizz comes back. But the shine works, yes. And it smells nice. For me, of course. But I'm sure there are some more powerful things out there than this.

Does no frizz shine spray by Tresemme work?

All of these products are made with silicones. Silicone molecules are too large to be absorbed into the hair shaft. So they provide a protective barrier against frizz while creating a great shine.

However, all of the products you list have other ingredients, too. Ingredients like water, alcohol and the like reduce their effectiveness.

I recommend you try Simply Stylin. It's a pure silicone product that doesn't contain these added fillers that get in the way of silicone action. It adds a great shine, prevents frizz and makes the hair very soft because it's concentrated. And they give out free samples. Go to simplystylinhair.com for more info.

Does no frizz shine spray by Tresemme work?

I agree. Go with Simply Stylin'. EVerything else seems watered down, and I wind up using too much to get it to work. Simply Stylin' works right away.
