How do I get my hair soft and shiny and strong looking like this?

My hair used to be kinda like this but now I straighten my hair and use a heat protector.

Ever since I've used a heat protector my hair is not soft looking or shiny anymore.

I've also noticed everytime I go to a salon they only spray heat protector once and from really far away.....

Is there any shampoo I could get to make my hair stronger? Stronger as in no split ends AND stonger as in reduces hair shedding??

And is there any heat protector stuff I could buy that doesnt make my hair greesey OR dull looking?

Or any hair product I could put on my hair while its wet to reduce heat damage for when a straighten it?

ANYTHING?

If it's been a while, get a trim. There's nothing better you can do to keep your hair healthy than to give it a regular trim.

I'm a big fan of Garnier products. They have a fortifying shampoo and conditioner which smooths, strengthens, and smells orgasmic. Another good option is the Hello Hydration shampoo and conditioner from Herbal Essences. I only used that once when I ran out of shampoo and had nothing but my roommate's stuff... I like it though. My hair stayed really soft and shiny all day. Anti-caida from Sunsilk is supposed to be great for weak hair too. Their Thermashine is good for boosting the shine of your hair, but I don't suggest using their shine spray, only the shampoo and conditioner.

It's also a good idea to use a leave-in conditioner. It keeps your hair nice and helps prevent split ends and protect against the heat of your styling products. I don't know a lot about leave-in conditioner, but maybe you could try Aussie? I don't even know if they still make it, but I've had some pretty bad luck with that Thermasilk stuff getting all gunky, so you might want to stay away from that.

Once a week, you can deep condition your hair. The (amazing) product I always used has been discontinued, but I'm still running on a hidden stash, so I can't advise you on a different brand, but I like the kind that tingles and makes your head feel warm :)

Don't try to blow dry your hair when it's wet. Let it air dry until it's mostly dry or damp. Always spray your heat protector from about arm's length. Sedu is a really good brand. Make sure you have a good straightener and that you're periodically cleaning the residue off of it. Ceramic or tourmaline plates are best for protecting your hair, and build-up on the plates can really do serious damage to your hair. The less you go over an area of hair, the better. A Solia or a Sedu is the best brand of straightener you can buy - way better than a Chi. You can get the Solia at folica.com for $60, so it's not that expensive, but the Sedu can be pretty pricey.

Spray your hair at arm's length with a light mist of hair spray to keep it sleek and brush through it.

use garnier fructius smoothening milk.

i use it and it works wonders!!!!!

it is heat activated and is anti-humidity -- meaning it isn't affected by the weather.

also garnier fructius shampoo and conditioner for normal hair stregthens the hair but leaves it smooth on the surface -- helping to prevent split ends and damage after a long day.

Mayonnaise could help your hair be shiny, soft %26amp; smooth. Also would stop split ends.

Your hair is a kind of dry, use mayo at least for 1 hour a week on your hair. Try it, you could see the different.

Even you could try eggs, Both white part (Albumen) and yolk.

I'm using either mayo or egg even whenever I don't have time before get shower I leave it on my hair %26amp; wear a cap for at least 15 min.

You have to take care of your hair if you want to be like that. Use a good shampoo and conditioner. Comb your hair and do not tie it or whatever. When it dries it will become straight and silky.

Do this daily so your hair gets used to it. And never change your shampoo.
